Everything is strictly homemade, from the puff pastry to the breadsticks to the desserts, using modern techniques but recalling the flavors and traditions of Italian cuisine.

We use mainly local fish and carefully selected raw materials, collaborating with small producers and artisans.

Wine as a story

Wine is an integral part of our identity.

For us it's not just a pairing, but a voice that speaks of the place, the people, the effort and the beauty.

We are deeply attached to the wines of the Cinque Terre, an expression of heroic viticulture, made up of terraces, dry stone walls, and manual harvests.

Wines that bring the sea, the sun, the wind and the rock into the glass.

We collaborate with small wineries and producers who believe in quality, identity, and respect for the land.

Each bottle is a bridge between past and present.
